The PRSPCT website is operated by Joshua Pribek. This notice explains how information is handled when you use the website or contact PRSPCT.
Information you provide
When you send an inquiry, we receive the name, email address, business name, service interest, and message you submit. We also receive a website address, phone number, email focus, or tier preference if you choose to provide them.
How inquiry information is used
We use inquiry information to review your request, communicate with you, arrange a conversation where appropriate, and manage any resulting business discussion. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Website hosting and email
Vercel hosts this website. Inquiry messages are delivered through Google to PRSPCT's Google-hosted mailbox. These providers process information needed to operate, protect, and deliver the website and email services.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the website. Google processes information about page visits, interactions, and browsers and devices, and may use cookies for this service. The analytics integration does not include the contents of inquiry messages.
We also use Vercel Web Analytics to understand website usage and Vercel Speed Insights to measure page performance.
Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services. No additional advertising tags are installed.
Privacy questions
For privacy questions or requests concerning information you have submitted, email josh@prspct.agency and begin your subject line with “Privacy request.” Include enough context to identify your inquiry without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
